How we get 365 days per year ?
Actually this is the time ratio, between the time taken by the earth to finish one turn around solar and to complete one turn of self rotation
Why we need additional day ?
Actually this ratio is exactly not 365 , It is 365.2422
so after 4 years there will be a additional one day to complete 4 turns around the solar
That day we added as a leap day for that year as 29th February
